Requests for leave during term time are only granted in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Headteacher before any absence takes place. Submitting a request does not automatically mean the leave will be authorised.
We kindly ask that you complete the form as early as possible to allow the school time to review your request.
Please note that unauthorised absences may result in a fixed penalty notice being issued in line with local authority guidance.
