Music
At Miriam Lord we want our pupils to develop a love and understanding of various types of music and musical composition. Many of our pupils have learned, or continue to learn a musical instrument and have enriched their musical knowledge through events such as Young Voices. We follow Charanga as our music scheme throughout school - please see the curriculum section for more detail. Instrument tuition and singing assembly is delivered by Bradford Music and Arts service. Young Voices 2025
Our night at Young Voices was amazing! Over 7000 pupils from schools across the country coming together for an evening of singing and dancing. You can 'feel' the energy from the photos and videos below as it really is a special evening. We're excited for next year already!
